OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - Police have confirmed that 27-year-old Terence Bailey has died after suffering a serious injury when his minivan collided with a Honda Accord on May 16.
An autopsy will be performed on Friday and after it is complete, Douglas County attorney Donald Kline will determine if any charges will be filed.
