Omaha PD has identified the person killed in an early morning crash at Blondo St. & Keystone Drive on Sunday.
OPD officials say at around 2:20 am, an officer advised he had come upon a personal injury crash at Keystone and Blondo.
Witnesses told authorities that a silver 2010 Kia Forte was eastbound on Blondo at a high rate of speed when it lost control.
The Kia crossed westbound lanes of Blondo, left the roadway and struck a wooden power pole in the 8500 block of Blondo.
The driver has been identified as 24-year-old Bernard A. Brame of Council Bluffs.
Officials say The Kia then damaged a fence and a parked Ford pickup in the parking lot in the 8500 block of Blondo.
Brame was ejected through the windshield of the Kia.
OFD Medics declared Brame deceased at the scene.
Officials say speed is a factor in this crash.
Blondo St from 84th to 88 St was closed while the investigation was being conducted.
