Omaha PD officials are investigating a cutting that took place at 70th Circle Wednesday evening.
OPD officials said ar around 5:27 p.m., they responded to a call at 3924 N. 70th Circle at and made contact with the victim who was very uncooperative.
According to OPD, the victim had lacerations to her right arm and to the right side of her abdomen.
The victim was transported by squad to the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
A witness told officers that it was a disturbance between family over property.
The victim's injuries are unknown at this time.
This investigation is on going.
Officials identified the victim as 28-year-old Christina Chinowta, The suspect as 40-year-old Jeremy Chinowta, and the witness as 59-year-old Frieda Chinowta.
