Omaha Police are investigating two bank robberies that occurred in the same neighborhood on Wednesday.
The first bank robbery took place at Tuesday morning.
That's when OPD officers responded to the Great Western Bank at 60th and Northwest Radial Highway.
After 7:00 a.m., employees told police the two suspects were armed with guns and demanded money.
No arrests have been made.
A separate robbery took place at the Bank of the West in the 5900 block of NW Radial Hwy.
Officials say a Black male handed a teller a note demanding money took an undisclosed amount of money left in a silver Mazda with no license plates.
OPD believes that both bank robberies are not related.
