OPPD says downed power lines are to blame for a power outage in Bellevue.
"Crews have determined a contractor in the area made contact with OPPD equipment and brought wires down," OPPD said in an update.
Crews are working on repairs.

Crews are working to fix an outage in Bellevue leaving more than 1,000 people without power Thursday afternoon, the Omaha Public Power District said.
OPPD said the outage was in the area of Fairview to Bay Road and from Dyson hollow road to the Missouri River.
“A circuit locked out at 2:47 p.m. Troubleshooters are working to determine the cause and restore power,” the power company wrote on its Storm and outage Center blog.
