Paige Seaton, 22, plead guilty to charges of motor vehicle homicide and driving under the influence causing seriously body injury Friday.
Seaton was driving on Highway 50 in October when she was struck another vehicle, killing 15-year-old Alexandra Linscott and injuring Linscott's mother.
Prosecutors asked for Seaton's bond to be $3 million, but a judge ruled it would stay at $1 million
