Paige Seaton, the 22-year-old who pleaded guilty to motor vehicle homicide in April, was sentenced to 40-50 years, according to our partners at the Omaha World-Herald.
Seaton was driving drunk on Highway 50 when she collided with another vehicle, killing 15-year-old Alexandra Linscott.
Seaton was on probation at the time of the crash because of a DUI in May of 2017. She will be eligible to get out of prison in 20 years and had her license revoked for 15 years.
