In response to Nebraska's"choose life" license plates, Planned Parenthood of the Heartland has announced their "my body, my choice" license plates should be available soon at the DMV.
The organization says it has submitted 263 applications for the license plate, the state requires 250 applications to begin printing specialty license plates.
Planned Parenthood says the "my body, my choice" plates allow Nebraskans to voice their own opinion on women's health regardless of whether or not they reflect the views of Governor Pete Ricketts.
Meanwhile, the "choose life" plates will be issued beginning in January.
