Police asking for help identifying robbery suspect

Omaha Police are asking for the publics help identifying a suspect who robbed the 36th and Leavenworth Kwik Shop.

Police just released photos of the suspect.

Officers responded to the shop just shortly before 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

An employee told officers that a Hispanic or black male in his 20's wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and khaki pants entered the store, armed and demanding cash and cigarettes before fleeing northbound on foot.

The investigation is ongoing.
