Update 4:12 p.m.: Police say 61 year old Kenneth Munhall has been booked for first degree murder and weapons charges. There are no other suspects in the case.
Omaha Police are conducting a death investigation Monday afternoon.
Police were sent to a home near 34th and Martin around 10 Monday morning for a check the well being of a resident. Officers found a man dead in his home. Homicide detectives have been at the home for several hours. One person has been taken into police custody for questioning.
