10:30 Update - One person has been placed in handcuffs and put in a police vehicle. Police have removed their body armor and will hold a press conference shortly.
The man taken into custody has been identified as Matthew Hammers.
Hammers was wanted for possession of a stolen firearm from Lancaster County.
