OPPD says 2,313 customers in the Blair area are without power after a vehicle struck a power pole near Highway 91 and 25th Street around 2:30pm..
Crews are working to restore power, but it's unclear when power will be back on. OPPD says it will have updates on the outage on theirwebsite soon.
