The real estate agent accused of using his pickup truck as a weapon to kill a convenience store clerk in Northwest Omaha will be in court on Friday.
Prosecutors charged Dirk Blume with murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
Investigators say Blume intentionally ran over Seth Hansen as he took out the trash while closing up the Speedee Mart at 138th and Maple about two weeks ago.
Blume faces years in prison if convicted.
