Closures on a popular trail mean joggers and cyclists may have to change their routes during the next few weeks.
The Omaha Parks and Recreation Department says part of the Keystone Trail between West Center Road and South 67th Street will be closed periodically during the next month.
That's so Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District crews can replace damaged sections of the trail and make repairs to the creek embankment.
The part of the trail affected includes the Aksarben Village.
The exact days when the trail will be closed will be posted on the City of Omaha Parks and Recreation Department website.
