A shooting Saturday night near 24th and Franklin Streets leaves two people dead, OPD confirms.
Allen McReynolds, 47, was transported to CHI Creighton University Medical Center in extremely critical condition and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Victor Beatty, 52, was transported to CHI Creighton in critical condition. He later died at the hospital.
Neighbors in the area where Beatty lived tell KMTV he was a nice man, willing to help out on anything, riding his motorcycle frequently.
OPD does not have a suspect description.
