The plan to transform Sunset Valley Golf Courses into houses and apartments will move forward.
Our partners at the Omaha World-Herald report the Omaha Planning Board voted 5-0 to recommend that the city council approve rezoning and change the city's master plan to allow construction of the proposed Arbor Woods subdivision.
The board also decided to hold off on a detailed plan for development. NP Dodge is proposing to build 37 houses and 210 apartments on the course at 93rd and Arbor.
