Omaha Police have booked Courtney Moore for first degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony, related to a deadly cutting which happened early Sunday morning.
Moore, 28, is suspected of killing Johnny K. Moore, 34, who was pronounced dead at the scene inside a home near 26th and Decatur streets, according to investigators.
Officers responded to a radio call at 3:28 a.m. Dec. 27 to investigate a cutting, according to a police report.
Later, officers took the suspect into custody and questioned him.
