Boxing champion and Omaha native Terence Crawford will not served jail time for his role in a dispute at a North Omaha body shop in April of 2016.
A Douglas County judge reversed Crawford's conviction and 90-day jail sentenced for property damage Thursday.
Crawford's disorderly conduct conviction from the same incident was upheld. Prosecutors say Crawford damaged a hydraulic lift when he he was upset about the work being done on his car. However, a the judge ruled there was a lack of evidence showing he was the one who caused the damage.
