President Donald Trump is slated to speak at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs on Tuesday as part of his continuing campaign tour for local republican candidates across the country.
Doors to the venue open at 3:30 p.m. and the event will start at 6:30 p.m.
Trump is expected to endorse several key candidates in tight Iowa races, including incumbent Republican Congressman David Young in Iowa's 3rd district and Governor Kim Reynolds, who will be at the rally.
People who would like to go to the event can get tickets on Trump's campaign website and can claim up to two tickets.
As of Monday afternoon, several Trump supporters were already lined up outside the venue, eager to see the President.
Randol Thom, who lives in Minnesota has been following Trump since the beginning of presidential campaign. Trump's stop in Council Bluffs on Tuesday will be Thom's 42nd Trump rally.
"I've been all over the country. Put a lot of miles on. But it's great because I get to meet a lot of great people across the country," said Thom.
People like Trisha Hope from Houston. She works in real estate and says her work schedule is flexible. She's been traveling throughout the country since August attending Trump rallies.
"Since the end of August we've been going to Trump rallies all across the country. We started in Charleston, West Virginia and traveled to Indiana, Montana and so on. It's a great atmosphere," said Hope.
Both supporters say they expect Trump to speak on Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the need to vote.
