A vigil is planned Friday evening to pray for the victims of Omaha's latest shooting, James Starr and Brandon Phelps.
Starr, 18, and Phelps, 17, were shot and killed Wednesday at the Ernie Chambers Court apartments, near 16th and Yates streets.
Organizers with the First Responders Homicide Prayerwalk group plan to gather at 5 p.m. at the scene of the shooting.
