Omaha Police have issued arrest warrants for a double murder last month.
Police say Phillip Osby is wanted for second degree murder and weapons charges, and Zabrina Dunn-Osby is wanted for terroristic threats. A third person, Lee Turner was wanted for accessory to a felony and was arrested this morning and booked into the Douglas County Jail.
Phillip Osby and Zabrina Dunn-Osby are wanted fo the April 16th shooting deaths of Allen McReynolds and Victor Beatty. McReynolds and Beatty were shot to death near 24th and Franklin Streets.
