Omaha natives Jack & Jack are getting ready to take the stage Friday.
KMTV’s Upfront at 4 reporter Lindsey Thies caught up with the duo before the hometown show. You’ll be able to watch her full report on KMTV at 4 p.m.

“Things have really changed, but I think we’re the exact same guys and Westside definitely kind of helped mold us into who we are,” said Jack Johnson.

“We have to go through a secret entrance to exit the Brazilian airport because there’s just so many fans. That just makes us feel so loved and we love the support,” said Jack Gilinsky.
VIDEO: 3: Staying humble
“When Jack and I were at Westside, I don’t think we had any intent on being online personas at all. And so, once Vine came around, I think it was about junior year, this was about three years back. We just started goofing around and making these videos. I don’t know what it was but it caught on and it all lead to where we are today,” said Johnson.
