Woman charged with forcing child to perform...

Posted

An Omaha woman is accused of forcing children to perform sex act, sometimes allegedly as a punishment.  The suspect, Bianca Breckenridge, faced a judge at the Douglas County Jail on Thursday afternoon.

The 27-year-old Breckenridge wept in court Thursday when a judge told her she’s charged with 1st degree sexual assault of a child.  It’s a felony that can carry up to life in prison.

Prosecutors say at her home, Breckenridge had a young female relative under the age of 10 perform a sex act on her on multiple occasions.  It happened between May 2011 - January 2014

She allegedly also subjected her to being raped by her boyfriend, and watching Breckenridge have sex with other men.

She’s arrested on Tuesday, and Douglas County Judge Thomas Harmon sets her bond at $500,000 Thursday.

“They’re extremely disturbing. Very serious allegations at this point in time about sexually assaulting a 7-year-old,” Douglas Co. Attorney Don Kleine explained.

The arrest affidavit states the allegations came to light when another young relative, a boy under the age of 10, told a school staff member that Breckenridge made him perform sex acts on her when he gets in trouble.  The boy also said he’s seen Breckenridge have sex with men.

The boyfriend wasn't identified in court documents, and police haven't told us if he's been arrested yet.

“That’s not right,” Breckenridge told the judge through tears.

KMTV Action 3 News spoke with the children’s father off camera who said he believes what his kids have said.

If convicted, Breckenridge faces 20 years to life in prison.
