OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Omaha Police say a 62-year-old woman died Saturday night after a single-vehicle crash.

At 11:48 p.m., officers were dispatched to the area of 77th Avenue and L St for a personal injury crash.

Investigation revealed a 2009 Ford Fusion was traveling westbound on L St when the driver lost control of the vehicle, according to Omaha Police.

The driver of the vehicle, identified as 62-year-old Judy Jackson, was ejected after the Ford left the roadway to the north and rolled.

Jackson was the lone occupant of the vehicle.

She was transported to CHI Bergan Mercy hospital where she later died.

Police say lack of seat belt use and drugs are being investigated as contributing factors.
