A woman has filed a complaint against an Omaha police officer.

The complaint is about the circumstances surrounding her arrest during Donald Trump's campaign stop. Tanny Oliver says she was with protesters at the Trump rally when she ducked behind a bush to urinate. Oliver says that's when police put her in handcuffs without allowing her to pull her pants up first. Oliver says later while in
police custody an officer took pictures of her, and he and another officer also commented on her looks. Officers charged Oliver with felony terroristic threats. She says it was because of a comment she made while the officer took her picture."He said, out of all these people, I like you. He took out his camera. When he took out his camera, he started laughing" Oliver says.

Oliver has now filed a sexual harassment and profiling complaint. An Omaha Police spokesman released this statement saying "An Internal Affairs Sergeant met with Ms. Oliver yesterday and assisted with the initiation of the complaint process. An internal investigation will commence as a result of the filed complaint."
