A beer vendor working last Sunday's Miami Dolphins game was arrested this week after charging a fan $724 for two beers, the Miami Herald reported .

Miami-Dade County records show that Nathaniel Collier has been charged with two felony counts, one for grand theft and another for using a skimming device. He was booked on Monday, records show.

The Herald reported that a fan noticed an alert from the bank alerting of a suspicious transaction. The transaction reportedly also displayed Collier's name.

The Dolphins nor the NFL employed Collier. Instead, the Dolphins used Rocket Man, a contractor that supplies beer vendors for Hard Rock Stadium. A spokesperson for Rocket Man told the Herald that supervisors immediately notified authorities when it learned of Collier's alleged behavior.

The customer received a full refund from Rocket Man.
