WILBER, Neb. (KMTV) — Today in Wilber, testimony and closing arguments have come to a conclusion at Aubrey Trail's murder trial. The jury is currently in deliberation.
Prosecutors argue Trail and Bailey Boswell stalked and got the tools to kill Sydney Loofe before she was supposed to go on a date with Boswell. They say Loofe was intentionally strangled to death in the living room of Trail's apartment in Wilber. Prosecutors say there were no clues in the apartment because that's how Trail and Boswell designed it.
A couple more witnesses testify on behalf of prosecution rebuttal in the Aubrey Trail trial. The witnesses worked to debunk Trail’s claim that Loofe knew them before November 2017.@3NewsNowOmaha pic.twitter.com/pPQCCKSkE2
