A group of students and chaperones arrived back in Omaha a little after 7:30 a.m. after being stuck in rural Pennsylvania for more than 19 hours.

KMTV reporter Shawnte Passmore was there as parents and friends cheered while the first students came trotting off the bus.

The church group of more than 300 was attending the March for Life in Washington D.C. They will be greeted with refreshments and a warm place to meet loved ones when they arrive at St. Gerald Catholic Church.

Church officials say the busses left Peru, Illinois around 2 a.m. this morning.
