Severe weather in the area brought a brief tornado touchdown, storm damage and major road closures.
Just after 8 p.m. the National Weather Service had reports of a confirmed tornado that had a brief touchdown in Washington County.

Washington County Deputies closed Highway 133 from County Road P30, or Kennard Cutoff, north to US Highway 30 at a roundabout intersection with Highway 133.
The County has reported water over 133 for two miles between the roundabout and P-30 about two miles east of Kennard.
That stretch of 133 reaches the south edge of Blair.
OPPD also reported widespread outages in the area.

Officials also closed Eppley Airfield due to storm damage.
