Roads are wet but driveable this morning as of 4:30 a.m. KMTV Action 3 News reporter Lindsey Thesis reports that in downtown Omaha the wind is story of the morning.
She reports that near 19th and Dodge there were a "few flurries" with a dusting accumulating. City crews have been pre-treating the roads since Monday night.

Roads also in good condition across the river in Iowa
So far roads appear to be clear in Council Bluffs, as of 4:30 a.m. KMTV Action 3 News Shawnte Passmore reports that the gusty winds have made it across the river, along with some bigger flakes.
The city has emergency snow parking ban in Council Bluffs. That mean's if you are parked along the street on an emergency snow route, you need to move it.
