College World Series: Mississippi State rallies from three runs down in the 9th to beat Auburn

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Mississippi State scored four runs in the bottom of the 9th to beat Auburn on Sunday at the College World Series, 5-4.

The Bulldogs fell behind 3-0 early in the game and trailed 4-1 heading into their final at-bat before rallying for the victory.

Marshall Gilbert's RBI single with two outs ended up being the game winner.

MSU will now face Vanderbilt, which beat Louisville on Sunday. That winner's bracket game will start at 6 p.m. on Tuesday on ESPN.

Auburn, meanwhile, will face the Cardinals in an elimination game at 1 p.m. on Tuesday on ESPN.
