They say weather can make people do some crazy things.
Apparently that includes making a run for the field at Ameritrade Park during a College World Series rain delay.
A man jumped over the outfield railing during the delay as fans waited for Oklahoma State to take on Arizona in the nightcap.

It is unclear whether the man took to the field to retrieve a beach ball he is seen grabbing or if it was simply a souvenir found along the way.

OmahaSportsInsider.com is still working to confirm if the man was caught and what potential punishment he may face.
This is the first on-filed incident of the 2016 College World Series but not the first in CWS history. At least three fans made a fun for field back in 2013.
Fans who take to the field could face up to $500 in fines and six months in jail, according to Omaha city prosecutors quoted after a 2013 story.
