Creighton used a three-run eighth to break open a 2-2 tie and held off Nebraska just enough in the eighth and ninth to edge out a 5-4 win and sweep the Huskers in the season series.
Jason Allberry lead the Jays at the plate going 2-for-4 and driving in three runs while Creighton starter Denson Hull allowed two runs in 5.2 innings of work.
Ben Klenke took the loss for Nebraska after allowing one hit and two earned in his one inning on the mound.
The loss drops Nebraska to 22-24 on the season and Creighton improved to 27-15, it is the first time ever Creighton has swept a three-game season series with Nebraska.
