OMAHA (KMTV) — The Creighton men's basketball team blew out Georgetown on Wednesday night in Omaha, 91-76.
Greg McDermott's team hit a season-high 17 three-pointers & was led by Mitch Ballock and Marcus Zegarowski, who both scored 20 points.
The 11th ranked Jays improved to 23-7 overall, 12-5 in the BIG EAST.
CU hosts #8 Seton Hall on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. on FOX. With the Pirates' loss to Villanova on Wednesday, the Jays can earn a share of their first ever BIG EAST regular season title & the #1 seed in the league tournament with a victory over Seton Hall.
