After suffering its largest margin of defeat Saturday on the road at Xavier, Creighton men's basketball returned home Wednesday night and picked up a big win over No. 19 Seton Hall, 80-63. The Bluejays are now a perfect 12-0 at the CenturyLink Center this season.
CU started strong Wednesday against the Pirates, leading by as many as 16 points in the first half. But Seton Hall closed the half on an 8-2 run to make it a 39-32 Bluejay lead at the break.
Creighton came out strong again to start the second half and took control of the game from there to earn the 80-63 win over the Pirates.
Marcus Foster led all scorers with a game-high 25 points, while Ronnie Harrell Jr. poured in a career-high 18 points as well. Khyri Thomas and Toby Hegner rounded out the other two Bluejays that scored in double figures.
Creighton returns to action on Saturday with a visit to Providence. Tip is set for 2 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.
