OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Creighton men's basketball team was selected to play in the NIT on Sunday night & will host Loyola-Chicago in the first round. Loyola-Chicago is coached by former CU player Porter Moser. Tip time is set for Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ESPNU.
The 2nd seeded Jays would get the winner of the Memphis/San Diego State game. You can see the entire NIT bracket here.
4th seed NU is in the same bracket as 2nd seed Creighton, so the two could meet in the 3rd round with a trip to the NIT Final Four in New York on the line.
Ticket information from Creighton:
Ticket prices are $30 each for lower bowl table seats, $20 each for all other lower bowl seats, $20 each for upper bowl mezzanine seats and $10 each for all other upper bowl seats (adult or youth). As per NIT rule, there are no complimentary tickets.
Online Tickets For Season Ticket Holders:
Season ticket holders can purchase their regular season seat locations for Tuesday night's game by logging on to their MyCreighton Account [gocreighton.com] and selecting some or all of their season ticket locations. Season ticket holders are required to use their e-mail and password attached to their account to sign-in. Tickets purchased through the MyCreighton account can be claimed in e-mail format or via the print-at-home option.
(Please note if you share season tickets you will need to communicate with the primary account holder to purchase).
In-Person Tickets For Season Ticket Holders:
Season ticket holders can also purchase some or all of their seat locations by visiting the Creighton Ticket Office inside the Ryan Athletic Center on campus from 9 am - 6 pm tomorrow (Monday, March 18) as well as from 9 am - 11 am on Tuesday, March 19.
Seats not sold as season tickets in the regular season as well as season ticket seat locations that have been released by season ticket holders unable to attend will be available for purchase starting at 10 am tomorrow (Monday, March 18) via these methods:

Tickets For The General Public:
All remaining unsold season ticket seats that haven't been purchased by 11 am on Tuesday, March 19 will be available to the general public via the three methods listed above starting at 11:30 am on Tuesday, March 19.
Parking:
Men's Basketball Jaybackers who received a packet of parking passes should use the one marked "Game 19 - Creighton Bluejays 2018-19 Postseason Game #1 and pay the cash amount listed at the bottom of the pass ($12 for CHI Health Center Garage; $8 for Lot A or Lot B) to the lot attendant to gain entry Tuesday night. Please note that all of the parking lots will open at 4:30 pm.
Creighton Student Tickets:
Creighton students with valid identification will be admitted free of charge and those tickets will be distributed at the CHI Health Center Omaha "Creighton Student" ticket window starting at 6:30 pm, Tuesday night.

Can I purchase my season tickets online?
Yes - Season tickets must be purchased online via MyCreighton Account. Season ticket holders will have until 11:00 am on Tuesday to purchase some and or all of their seat locations.

As a season ticket holder, can I request a seat upgrade prior to the public on-sale?
No - Creighton Men's Basketball season ticket holders may only purchase their existing seat locations in advance. Season ticket holders may elect to wait and purchase different seat locations when the public on-sale commences on Tuesday, March 19 at 11:30 am.
Can I purchase single-game tickets online or over-the-phone?
Yes - Seats not sold as season tickets will be available for purchase starting at 10 am on Monday, March 18 via Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com [ticketmaster.com]or by calling Ticketmaster and charging by phone at 800-745-3000. Season ticket seats that haven't been purchased by season ticket holders by 11 am on Tuesday, March 19 will be made available to the general public via Ticketmaster starting at 11:30 am on Tuesday. Single game tickets will also be sold at the CHI Health Center Box Office on Monday, March 18 (10 am to 6 pm) and Tuesday, March 19 (10 am to 6 pm).
Can I use any coupons or vouchers for free and/or discounted tickets?
No - Complimentary or discounted tickets are not available for any postseason play including NIT. Season and single-game tickets must be purchased at full price.
Will beer and alcohol be sold?
Yes - Concessions and beverages available to fans during Creighton's regular season at CHI Health Center Omaha will be available for purchase during Tuesday evening's NIT game.
Will the Lexus Club Lounge be open during the NIT game?
Yes - The Lexus Club Lounge will be open beginning at 6:00 pm. and will close 60 minutes following the conclusion of the game. The following groups will have access to the Lexus Club Lounge:
- Individuals with tickets in Sections 104, 105 or 106 can use their ticket to gain access to the Lexus Club;
- Legend, Scholarship Society, Consensus All-American and All-American level Jaybackers can use their yellow Lexus Club Lounge passes titled "Game 19 - Postseason #1" to gain access to the Lexus Club;
- Jaybackers with green Lexus Club Lounge passes that are not game specific can be used to gain access to the Lexus Club;
- Individuals with suite tickets can use their ticket to gain access to the Lexus Club;

When/if Creighton wins, will there be another home game played at CHI Health Center Omaha?
Yes - Should Creighton win its First Round game on Tuesday, March 19 over No. 7-seed Loyola-Chicago, the Bluejays as the higher-seeded team will play the winner of the game between No. 3-seed Memphis and No. 6 -seeded San Diego in a 2nd round game at a to be announced date & time.
