OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) Creighton men's basketball players are putting in the work this offseason. That includes Jacob Epperson.
The sophomore center got his first taste of college hoops late last season. Epperson believes that experience can now help him moving forward.
"Before I came in like a stick," said Epperson. "So now I definitely got a bit of weight to me. Feel like I'll be able to withstand the Big East a little better. It's much more physical so you just got to try to play stronger. It's a lot quicker too compared to high school so it's just little things here and there I work on and study, learn, take it into next year and hopefully do a lot better."
