OKLAHOMA CITY (KMTV) — The Nebraska baseball team blew a five run lead late Saturday night against 9th seeded Oklahoma State, falling to the Cowboys, 6-5. The Big Red was one out away from victory until Trevor Boone blasted a three-run homer in the top of the 9th to put the Pokes on top. NU now must face UCONN again at noon on Sunday. If the Huskers win that one, they'll face Oklahoma State again at 5 p.m.
Matt Waldron was went an impressive 7.2 innings while striking out a career-high 11 allowing two runs.
