The Nebraska spring game coin toss wasn't like any other coin toss, there was a special moment shared with everyone in the stadium.
Staff sergent Matthew Hawke returned from a 10 month deployment overseas disguised as a Nebraska football player. During the spring game coin toss the Hawke's family joined the Huskers' pregame ceremony, but the family was shocked to see who was under the uniform.
