Moore is ranked as the 151st best prospect nationally in 2018 according to Rivals.
Nebraska was briefly down to just seven commits for its next signing class but then the Huskers picked up the commit of a four star defensive back about an hour after Moore's decommitment. Then later on Sunday night, NU added JUCO receiver Jaron Woodyard, moving the Big Red up to nine verbal commits. The early signing period begins Wednesday December 20.
