OMAHA (KMTV) — Starting Friday July 24, the Huskers will be allowed to have a total six hours of non-padded walk-throughs per week with a football.
Other teams which begin their season on September 5 will also be allowed to begin walk-throughs on July 24 as well. The NCAA made the announcement late Wednesday afternoon.

Also on July 24, the Big Red could have up to eight hours of strength and conditioning per week as well as six hours of film study & team meetings for a total of 20 hours.
From July 14-23, teams can require players for up to eight hours per week of strength and conditioning & film sessions .
NU would be able to begin preseason camp on Friday August 7.
Nebraska's season opener is scheduled against Purdue at home on September 5.
