Nebraska football has had a tough start to the season, starting 0-4 for the first time since 1945, the longest losing streak in school history and the second longest in the nation currently.
A bar in Council Bluffs, Barley's, is offering a "gift" much like you've seen with the Cleveland Browns when they had the same kind of losing streak. A fridge full of beer that is not to be opened until Nebraska grabs its first win.
My local watering hole @BarleysCB is offering to help our neighbors to the west during this difficult time. @marcmorehouse @ScottDochterman @hawkeyenation @ChadLeistikow @MarkEmmert @HawkeyeReport pic.twitter.com/lXHlorDp6k

"In the spirit of being Iowa Nice, Barley’s is offering a gift to our neighbor who is hurting. Their once proud program can’t seem to win a game," the fridge reads. "When the Big Red ends the 2nd longest losing streak in the nation, enjoy some ‘Frosty’ cold beverages on us."
Nebraska will have the chance to bust open the cooler against No. 16 Wisconsin this weekend in Madison.
