The Huskers took on Illinois this afternoon at Memorial Stadium, the Huskers trailed 13-10 going into halftime and then 16-10 after the third quarter. Nebraska fought back in the fourth quarter with two touchdowns by Terrell Newby and another by Tommy Armstrong Jr. to give the Huskers a 31-16 win.
Next week is a bye week for Nebraska, they will travel to Bloomington to take on Indiana next on Sat, Oct. 15 at 2:30 p.m.
