Nebraska will be a heavy underdog heading into Columbus this weekend to take on the Buckeyes. However, head coach Scott Frost said his team is much more confident heading into this game than it was heading into the matchup with Michigan earlier in the year.
"To be honest, when we went up to Ann Arbor I'm not sure the team thought they could win," Frost said. "I think they wanted to, but I'm not sure if deep down some of the guys thought they could win. I think we have a team that's going up there thinking we've got a chance if we play well."
Not only that, but Frost said the back-to-back wins have helped with the culture change and the mood in the locker room as the season has progressed.
"The mood's great," Frost said. "The culture and the feeling in the locker room, the feeling in the building, I've said it a bunch of times, it's gotten so much better as we've gone along this season. Wins certainly haven't hurt that. So the guys are having fun. That's what it's all about."
The Huskers and Ohio State will kick off Saturday morning at 11 a.m. in the Horseshoe. For more from Frost's press conference, watch the video above.
