Terran Petteway has found a home for the summer. The Milwaukee Bucks announced their Summer League roster Tuesday, which included Petteway. Petteway's journey through the ranks of the NBA has been a turbulent one.
Petteway spent last summer with the Atlanta Hawks Summer League team before eventually signing with the Hawks, but was waived three months later after playing just three preseason games.
The Pacers signed Petteway shortly after, but waived him the following day. Petteway was then signed by the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Pacers.
Prior to joining the professional ranks, Petteway led the Big Ten in scoring his sophomore year with Nebraska and averaged 18.2 ppg his junior season with the Huskers.
The Bucks first Summer League game is July 8 against the Cleveland Cavaliers at 5 p.m. in Cox Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
