Nebraska guard James Palmer named a 1st Team All-Big Ten selection by the conference coaches on Monday. The junior was a 2nd team pick by the media.
Palmer averaged 17.4 points per game during the regular season. He becomes NU's first 1st team all-conference pick since Terran Petteway in 2014 & just the 2nd since 1999. Isaac Copeland was also named a Big Ten Honorable Mention by the media & coaches.
The Huskers begin Big Ten Tournament play on Friday in New York City.
NU (22-9, 13-5) earned a double-bye in the tourney and will be the 4th seed.
