Nebraska basketball continues to pick up steam towards the end of the season as it notched its fifth-straight win with a 67-55 victory over Rutgers Saturday.
The Huskers improved to 19-8 on the season and 10-4 in Big Ten Conference play. The win also helped Nebraska strengthen its foothold at the number four spot in the Big Ten standings.
Four different Huskers were in double figures in James Palmer Jr.(15), Isaac Copeland (11), Glynn Watson Jr. (11) and Isaiah Roby (10).
Duby Okeke's effort on the defensive end of the floor was big for the Huskers. So big, in fact, that he threw up the bones after one of his blocks.
As @stephenbardo said this week, when @DubydatDeal takes his shirt off, you know God ain't fair. 😅
And he used that massive frame on this monster @HuskerHoops rejection: pic.twitter.com/qwTbPg6SaH
