Nebraska basketball came away with its sixth-straight win and 20th win of the season as the Huskers took down Maryland 68-66 at home. The win moved the Huskers to 20-8 on the season and 11-4 in Big Ten play.

James Palmer Jr. was the spark for the Huskers offensively as he dropped 26 points to go along with four rebounds and five assists.

Isaiah Roby was the only other Husker in double-digit scoring with 11 points. Roby also added 10 rebounds and an assist.

While Glynn Watson Jr. struggled offensively for most of the night, connecting on just two of his 12 field goals, he also hit two clutch free throws in the last 30 seconds that put him over 1,000 career points.

The Huskers remain on the bubble in the NCAA Tournament, but continue to win conference games that should help solidify the double-bye in the Big Ten Tournament with the fourth seed.

Up next for Nebraska is a road Big Ten matchup against Illinois Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
