Nebraska basketball signed JUCO transfer Evan Taylor from Odessa College during his visit with the Cornhuskers Sunday afternoon. Turner is a 6'4 point guard from Cincinnati, Ohio.
I am extremely blessed and grateful to announce that I have signed with The University of Nebraska! #Huskers #GBR #B1G #UNL18 ?????

Taylor started his career with Samford before heading to Odessa College. During his time with Odessa, Taylor averaged 7.1 ppg and 2.5 rpg in 31 games last season. While at Samford his freshman season, Taylor averaged 6.4 ppg, 3.3 rpg and shot just over 38% from the field in 31 games.
The Huskers had an open scholarship for next season after the departure of Andrew White, and it looks like they found someone to fill the spot.
