Both the Nebraska and Creighton volleyball teams were in action this weekend against conference opponents. The Huskers traveled to College Park, Maryland to take on the Terrapins, while Creighton hosted Seton Hall.
The second-ranked Huskers continued to roll against Maryland, sweeping the Terrapins 25-16, 25-14, and 25-17. The Huskers improve to 16-1 after picking up their 13th straight road win.
The Bluejays also continued their hot-streak with a 3-0 sweep over Big East opponent Seton Hall. The Bluejays have not lost a match since they faced off against in-state rival Nebraska. Creighton improves to 14-6 on the season.
Up next the Bluejays hit the road to Chicago for a matchup with Depaul Friday, then to Milwaukee for a showdown with Marquette Saturday.
The Huskers return to the Devaney Center for a match against Wisconsin Friday, and a match against Minnesota Sunday.
